Corneial drops shows a dual antiflammatory and antiseptic action, without limiting the healing of the corneal epithelium and the processes of restitutio ad integrum. If effectively applied in a broad sprectrum of conjunctivitis and keratoconjunctivitis, the drops helps avoid the serius side effects of corticosteroids and the occurence of bacterial resistance due to empirical antibiotic therapies, which are often not followed upon medical device.
